Our Christmas..

This is the time of the year that I just love...I'm sad it's almost over, but every day can be just as great if we let ourselves and makes ourselves be more giving, forgiving, loving, hopeful, etc. We really did have a great Christmas. Wain's mom came on the 18th and his sister came on the 21st. They were here for almost two weeks. We enjoyed having them here, and enjoyed going to movies (Les Mis, The Hobbit, sky fall, rise of the guardians ) we enjoyed some wonderful meals, sleeping in :) visiting family, playing games, shopping. I love Christmas and I'm so grateful that I get to remember my Savior and all He has done for me. I'm thankful for the relationship that I have with Him, and that I know who He is and that He is always there for me. I know I am never alone because I have Christ helping me along in this difficult world. I'm thankful for His sacrifice on my behalf and that He knows me personally and that He knows the desires of my hearts.

Wain's sister is getting ready to go on a mission to San Jose Ca so it was our last time being with her for 18 months. We are so proud of her and her decision to serve a mission. I loved sharing with her some of my experiences from my mission. It's a time in my life that I will NEVER forget. Wain's sister and I set up a blog for her www.douknowthewaytosanjose.blogspot.com I am going to be updating her blog once a week when she writes. I know that I will enjoy it, and it will help me to stay in touch with what is going on with her. Also,  It's been 5 years sense I returned home from Brazil and NOT a day doesn't go by that I don't think about my time there and especially about the people. I miss it so much and I hope that I will be able to go back sooooon.

I'm ready for 2013 to get here, I hope this new year brings good news to our family. One good thing that is happening is that Wain got a NEW JOB, he will be starting the middle of January at US airways. I'm exciting for him to start this new job, it will give him a foot in the door to be able to hopefully move up  and make it a life time career. Plus we will be able to do a lot more traveling, and that I am excited for. We already have ideas where we want to go and people we want to visit. Time to get our passports :)
