Thankful Month

With "Thanksgiving" coming and I have nothing nothing else to blog about I think I need to blog about all the things I am grateful for....... Because I really do have a lot to be grateful for, and there are times that I forget I am truly a blessed person.

Today I am grateful for MODERN MEDICINE. I have had my blood drawn twice this week and I'm grateful that doctors have studied and sacrificed so that I can get the care that I need. I'm thankful that I still have loved ones on this earth because of modern medicine. My mom is a perfect example of this, when she went through cancer and is now dealing with lupus. If she didn't have the medicine that she has had she wouldn't be here. Modern medicine is just going to keep getting better and better, and for that I am truly grateful for :)





Any other news, we still have NOT moved, which is really discouraging but I know that the Lord has a plan for us and there has to be a reason why we are still here. I did get another calling at church. I am going to be teaching relief society. I was really surprised to get this calling but I know it will be good for me, and hopefully put me out there more to be able to make friends in this ward.

Some of Wains family was here for his cousins vow renewal. It was really fun to have family here, some of them I had never met before or I had met them but couldn't remember. His family is VERY different than mine and I love them for that. They are very sporty so we played a lot of sports while they were here. Friday night we played Frisbee which was TONS of fun. It was great having family here and I love his family just as much as I love my own family. I love that they accept me for who I am and that they include us in the things that are going on in their lives. Can't wait for Christmas when his mom, sister and brother comes :)
