Today I'm grateful for the knowledge of the restored gospel here on this earth. I'm thankful for my membership in The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. I'm thankful to know that God lives, that Jesus is the Christ. I'm thankful for freedom to practice my religion as I please. I'm thankful for the Savior that atoned for my sins. I am not perfect, but I'm thankful to know that I can be forgiven for the big and little mistakes I make in my life. I'm thankful to know that I am NEVER alone. I'm Thankful for a living prophet here on this earth. Especially this passed week as I have watched the news with the storms that hit out east and I have watched where people are complaining that the government is not there to help them. I'm thankful for inspired leaders that tell us to get food storage. It really has opened my eyes, because I don't want to depend on other people (especially the government) to help me when I know that I need to be prepared. I love the gospel with all my heart and I'm thankful every day that I have it in my life.
