I am NOT big into going out and celebrating the New Year with thousands of people so we stayed in and played games with Wain's family, and had a nice dinner and just rang in the new year with my wonderful husband. what more could I ask for?
I have thought a lot about "2010" and some of things I was able to accomplish and what Wain and I were able to achieve as a couple. I'm not going to go into detail about all of them but the one that I think about often is US wanting to start a family and how difficult it has been and will continue to be. But, that I have had to stop and rely totally on the Lord and the direction is taking our life. We know that we will have children, and that is why it is in the Lords on hand when these children will come into our lives.
- We did a lot of traveling, to Kanab, to Vegas for Wain's birthday, St. George for our Anniversary, Washington Dc, Saint Louis and I'm sure there are more places but I can't remember.
-2 New Nieces were born Penny and Emmery.
-Wain finishing another year of school... 2 more to go I hope....
-Many trials that I'm grateful for that have helped us to become stronger.
-My car broke down and know we are a 1 car family, hopefully that changes here soon.
-My brother Andrew and his family moved to Provo and I love it because I get to babysit my nieces.
-Family Reunions
-Meeting families that Wain taught on his mission
-Weddings/Receptions
and the list could go on an on. I'm looking forward to "2011" and what this year has in store for us. Bring on the trials, the love, the happiness, the adventures, traveling, and just enjoying spending time with each other and our families.
