2 to 3 boneless chicken
1 onion
pepper (I use a red and orange pepper)
2 TBLS minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh cut cilantro
1 fresh lime (optional)
Sauce:
1 can coconut milk (don't get the low fat or anything like that)
3 TBLS oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp curry
1/4 cup brown sugar
cook the chicken, onion, pepper, and then add the cilantro, and cook a few minutes, then add the sauce, when it's all nice and ready, squeeze the juice from the lime on top and stir, and ENJOY!
I absolutely LOVE CURRY! Especially curried CHICKEN! I copied and saved this recipe...Can hardly wait to TRY IT!
