Chicken Curry

My cousin Linda taught me how to make chicken curry. Its easy, delicious, and its great for left overs. So that is what I am making for dinner tonight. I only get to cook on Tuesday and Sundays. Those are the only days that Wain and I are both home. Tonight he has a concert so I have everything cut up and ready to cook. I can't wait to eat it... Here is the recipe if you would like it.
2 to 3 boneless chicken
1 onion
pepper (I use a red and orange pepper)
2 TBLS minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh cut cilantro
1 fresh lime (optional)

Sauce:
1 can coconut milk (don't get the low fat or anything like that)
3 TBLS oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp curry
1/4 cup brown sugar

cook the chicken, onion, pepper, and then add the cilantro, and cook a few minutes, then add the sauce, when it's all nice and ready, squeeze the juice from the lime on top and stir, and ENJOY!
