What a busy week it has been. There are days that seem like weeks and then there are weeks that seem like days. Time is just way to fast. Last week was perfect weather for baseball. Kanab was playing in the state tournament at UVU. It being so close I went and watched and it was TONS of fun. I love watching baseball especially when I know who is playing. Kanab unfortunately didn't make it all the way. The beat Beaver, then last to San Juan but had another chance to make it but then lost to Parowan. My parents came up on Friday which was so nice to have them here. I was really looking forward to going to kanab for the weekend but my parents decided to come up here. They brought my niece and nephew with them. They are the cutest kids ever. and we had to so much fun with them. Friday night we went up to my brother Thomas's house and stayed the night there with my parents and brother Jeff and his wife. They had a full house. Saturday we went to the Hogel Zoo. Can I just tell you how disappointed I am. I have been to 2 free zoo's. Saint Louis and DC and they are the BEST. There was hardly any animals. I felt like all we payed for was to walk around. I tried enjoying myself. But after a few hours of walking around I we finally just left. We met my parents back down in American Fork and went to lunch before they headed home. I always hate saying goodbye to my parents. I probably won't to see them for a month or so. I have really gotten close to my father. We were never close while I was growing up he was always working. When I got home from my mission my dad has become one of my best friends. He is such a hard worker and he never complains about it. He loves to work. It what keeps him young. He is just an amazing person. I love you DAD.
It was nice having my mom come down so that I could let her know how much I love her. My mom is really hard to shop for. I had no idea what to get her. We were planning on buying her a new camera, all the kids were going to pitch in to buy her a really nice camera but she decided to beat us to the punch and goes out buys a new one. So I had to think of something else. Saturday my brother and I go out and just get a gift card to Dress Barn. We know she doesn't buy new things for herself so we thought that would be a good gift for her. I love you mom. Thanks for being a wonderful mother and for putting up with me all these years.
We also got internet, no more "Borrowing" it from the neighbors. now that we have wireless internet Wains new best friend is the XBOX. His friend joel and him play life and they live around the corner from each other. I don't get what the big deal is. Why can't they just go to each others house. I am going to put a time limit of how long he can play cause it's starting to get annoying. well hopefully I can get some pictures of a great week I had from my mom next time I see her. Later ';'' .
