New Toys

WoW have we spent a lot of money in the last two weeks. But it's all be worth it, and we were able to afford it. We first bought a washer & dryer which was finally installed and we've been doing TONS of laundry. The only downside the washer and & dryer are in the bathroom and the dryer is to big that we can't shut the bathroom. it shuts half way. So anybody that comes to our home and needs to use the bathroom hopefully you don't mind the door being half way opened.
Wain has been begging me I mean begging me for an XboX 360. He did so much begging that it got annoying. So, finally along with his bf Joel we went on the hunt. Joel found a really good deal on Ebay for an Xbox 350 Elite for$180. I couldn't pass up the offer so I purchased it and it goes here yesterday so while I was getting my hair done Wain keep texting and calling me and letting me know what great deals he had found on KSL. I just keep telling him no, and I had to lie to him because I wanted this to be a surprise. After getting my hair done I went and picked up the xbox that was at Joels neighbors. I come and put on the table and write him a nice note. Saying that this was his Easter, birthday, anniversary, and Christmas present. An hour or so later he gets home and he is the worst mood that I have ever seen him in. He said, he was man PMSing. haha I just was waiting for him to see the xbox and not laugh. Finally he sees the note first and is like what the heck and he looks down and just laughs. and calls me a stinker. His mood did a 180. He was so excited and I was excited that I was able to surprise him. He does deserve it. There will be so rules though for him to play it because the reason I didn't want one in the first place is because I don't want it to take over this life, I don't want him to become unsocial, and I don't want to be jealous of the time he spend on the xbox. We shall see how it goes.
We also found a good deal on a TV, yes we have not had a TV sense we've been married. So we bought a 40 in LCD TV last night. I love it and I'm glad we bought it. Now I am going to want to get cable or something. But that will have to wait tell we save up again. For now I feel like my small two bedroom duplex is actually a home.
It's Easter weekend and I hope my mom is coming up. She wants to bring Brody and Jaycee but we can't find anybody to tend them so that we can go to conference. Wain is trying to get out of work tomorrow so he can tend them. I really want them to come they are the cutest kids EVER, and I really miss them. My dad won't be coming because he is a workaholic. I'm looking forward this weekend. I am in need of a spiritual boost and what better way than being able to listen to the prophet. Before conference I am always thinking and praying about answers in my life and what I can do to better myself, and I know that my questions are always answered. I love this time of the year. It gives me a renewed faith to be better, to give more, to be stronger in what I believe. I am so grateful that its Easter and conference, I love my Savior and I am so grateful for the sacrifice that he made in my behalf. I know He lives and continues to bless me each and every day. I have so much to be grateful for and I need to always remember those things. I hope everyone has a happy Easter.
